We Don’t Do Canned PD

We have an extensive amount of experience as the developer, provider, and recipient of almost every type of educational professional development. From these experiences we have learned what works, and what does not, in PD. Our approach embodies participants as action researchers, formulating problem statements, developing interventions, evaluating results, and revising their plan of action. For example, even though we have personal experience with increasing Common Core Math Practices, we only offer our interventions as examples while taking your staff through the action research process to develop their own plan of action.

Here’s a short list of specific topics we have experience with:
  • Implementing Common Core Practice Standards in Mathematics
  • College-Ready Pedagogical Practices
  • Developing College Readiness Behaviors
